My XA1 was struggling to charge, sometimes charging, sometimes not. The charging indicator shows in all instances as normal and expected. As the phone was approx 2 yrs old I thought the battery was at fault and was time to change it.
I did so but the problem has not been resolved. Ive heard this could be a problem with the power management chip and the 'power amp' should be replaced. Does anytobdy know anything about this?
The power port board was recently replaced as it was loose so its nothing to do with not attaching the cable properly.
