When i open à link in an app its open à Windows how can i diable that ??

What are you referring to? Chrome? or a different app?
I can't see the picture until it gets approved.
Its with chrome or Google
that's probably a third party app causing this, boot in safe mode and see if you experience the same, if you don't then it is an app that you've installed at one point
I check and im not in sage mode (im under android 8.0)
