My sound does not work

Bonjour, je rencontre un souci avec mon téléphone mon son ne fonctionne pas, par contre quand j'appelle sur messenger j'entends.

Si quelqu'un peut m'aider à trouver une solution.

I have translated your question to English as this is an International forum, please post any replies in English and it will be easier for me and other users to assist you.

I'm not quite sure that I understand exactly what the behaviour is that you are experiencing, is there no sound played through the loudspeaker or the earspeaker at all during calls, when watching a video or when listening to music?

There is a inbuilt test for both speakers that you can find in Settings > Support > Xperia tests > Loudspeaker/Earspeaker, are you able to hear the sound through the speakers in this test?

Let me know how it went with the test and if you could elaborate a bit, that would be great!
