Happens that my Xperia XA has the touch stopped working, the phone had turned off and now it's locked on the PIN screen. The touch was working fine, suddenly a message pops up in the screen saying something like "android.com.phone stopped working”, and I'd restart it, and now it is asking the PIN screen and I can't even turn him off because the touch is not accessible, can I do something to factory reset it (I can't access the Android system recovery screen since I can't turn him off)?
