I'm connected to the Internet via WiFi and am definitely connected as I am playing an Internet radio station.

but I click on an app I want in the playstore and it says download pending.?? why is this?

I have nothing downloading so why pending?

grateful for any help/advice

Hi @illmanor, sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried clearing the data for the Google Play store application? You can do so if you go to Settings > Apps & notifications > App info > Google Play store > Storage > Clear data > OK.

This will not remove any personal data, it will only reset the data for the Google Play store in case there is some corrupt data which is the cause of this.

Let me know if you are able to download an application after doing the above!
