Hi @KelliGirl, sorry to hear about you not being able to charge your device using a cable. 
The Xperia XA1 Ultra does not support wireless (QI) charging and can only be charged using a cable.
Regarding your USB port not working correctly, have you tried with a different cable, just to make sure that it's not the cable that is the cause of the device not charging, or is the USB port defect?
