Camera and torch not working

Randomly one day about 2 weeks ago my camera and torch stopped working it was originally saying its stopped working and would shut down now it doesn't open at all. Torch doesn't work what so ever. I've tried everything. Clearing the cache etc. What can I do?

I have exactly the same issue. Did you get it sorted?

Neither mine work... I've been trying everything, even to reset the phone to fabric settings and nothing solve the problem 😭

Have you repaired the phone with Xperia Companion? have you tested the phone?

That's my next step, because it hasn't work yet... I did all the things that every technician recommend... I restarted the phone, checked it in secure mode, cleaned cache, made the test I found in settings, restored everything and the problem persists
