Ten years ago, I never would have thought I’d say that about buying a Sony product.
(Former) fan of the Sony phones line (and Sony in general) since the SK17i (I also had the ASPEN on Windows Mobile).
Received an X 1 VII with a defect under
the glass screen; the substrate beneath the screen has a small crease. Noticed upon unboxing; contacted customer service -> They refused to help because the warranty doesn’t cover physical defects.
I can return the device, but given the dishonesty involved, I'm afraid I'll never get a refund. Even if everything works out, I'll still lose the value of the promo codes I used... And the accessories ...
Extremely disappointed with the quality control and even more so with the customer service. I will never buy a Sony product again, whether for personal or professional use.
