Had an amazing week with the XM4's, thought i'd plump out for the XM5's, what a absolute shi* show!
iOS app crashes when attempting to firmware upgrade. Fix it please Sony, lots of people on reddit saying the same thing. The pairing between two devices is awful, pairing with an iPhone after turning it off and on again is again cumbersome and awful, couldn't do it natively had to be done through the soundconnect app and I had to deregister the device. No one should have to be dealing with this crap with a £200+ pair of headphones, FIX IT NOW please.
