WH-1000XM4 is dead after not using it for three months

My headphones WH-1000XM4 is suddenly totally dead , totally out of function after not using them  for circa three months. I have purchased my headphones for only one year and 2 m. ago. To charge the headphones is Ok but it is not possible to switch them on.
