WH-1000XM3 - When I pause music on spotify it momentarily goes really loud.

Whenever I pause music on Spotify the volume momentarily goes ridiculously loud and then pauses. How can I stop this?

Does this happen only on Spotify? Have you tried using another phone/device or another pair of headphones?
