WH-1000XM3: Same device, but different OS. Unable to connect without pairing anew

Hey

I have following setup:

iMac 27" 2019

First OS: OS X Monterey 12.1

Second OS: Windows 11, installed via bootcamp

Headphones info from bluetooth section in OS X:

  WH-1000XM3:

  Address: 38:18:4C:BC:CE:61

  Connected: Yes

  Vendor ID: 0x054C

  Product ID: 0x0CD3

  Battery Level: 100%

  Firmware Version: 4.5.2

  Minor Type: Headset

  RSSI: -46

If connect headphones to OS X, all works fine.

If restart and use Windows 11, I able to connect headphones via bluetooth

If restart and use OS X, unable to connect headphones. Only if delete it and add again.

Then, moving to Windows 11, same situation there. I need delete headphones first and only then add.

Same situation was with Windows 10

I guess problem what headphones remember iMac Bluetooth adapter ID, and disallow to add duplicate bluetooth adapter.

How to use headphones on each operating system, without adding them anew?

Hey eugene337, try the list of the steps here: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wh1000xm3/v1/en/contents/TP0001703177.html

Test after each step.
