I recently bought the wf-1000xm5 and I generally like them except the fact the touch functions don't differentiate between being touched by my finger or the inside of my hood. I tried turning touch functions off but it still sounds like a pinball machine due to my hood touching the earbuds. This is inconvenient in every way seeing as I can't answer phone calls without the risk of them being hung up by my hood.
This renders the product unreliable at best but honestly completely useless.
I expected so much more given the price of these. How on earth has this product made it to market with touch pads rather than buttons. It feels rushed and improperly debugged.
Is there a anything to be done about this because I then need to return them.
