Wf-1000XM3 case losing charge

Morning everyone first post on here.

Why does my Sony wf-1000XM3 charging case loose charge when not in use. Down to 5% after 2 days.

Not sure always thought the case would hold charge steady

Have you tried cycling the battery a few times? (charging to 100% then using till 0% is 1 cycle)
