Sony Micro Hi Fi system registration. Purchased via click and collect from local Store HBH Woolacott

Purchased on 17/11/2022 online from the local HBH Woollacott's store and collected, and set up, and then set about registering my purchase at Sony very soon after but was not able due to fields being blanked out with a no-entry type of signage and so was unable to complete registration. . Here we are in January 2023 and I tried again and the same happened. It stopped partway through and there is nowhere to go but back. So tried sourcing complaints at Sony and met a brick wall. When I purchase an item, after sales is important. Sony after sales support is *****e. I will never buy another Sony item again.

I'm kinda confused! Are you still unable to register your product on MySony account? Or did it fail and stop working? And why are these 2 things related? 

Can you also note what's the model of this device for us? Maybe we can help.
