NWZ-A15 Can no longer move between memory and SD card. Suggests incorrect disconnection

Hi,

I have two of these devices and have recently had a problem which suggests the device has been incorrectly unplugged.  This was not the case but how can I restore the factory defaults so I can start over please.   The reset button doesn't seem to do it.

Hi and many thanks for the reply.  I have tried all the reset options but am not having any luck.

I suspect my media source and have had problems with using the new Media Centre for PC on my PC.

Should I continue here or start a new thread?
