Hello,
Does Sony plan to release non-touch-sensitive earbuds with the battery life of the WF-1000XM4 ? The touch-sensitivity is a major annoyance for me because I press the earbud buttons accidentally when I put beanies on or off, or simply when I remove the earphones. In my opinion, mechanical buttons are much more handy (what would be awesome would be if there were 2 buttons per earphone).
I hope Sony engineers will take my suggestion into account.
Cedric.
Don't think that this will happen as the direction right now is to go for touch controls ironically for convenience, they have some models that have physical buttons such as the WF-C500 but that's a mid range model and is no where near comparable to the XM4s
Griffin Door, thank you very much for your feedback even if it's bad news. And what about you, what do you think of touch controls ? It would be nice if everyone said what they think about my feature request so that Sony takes it into account (or not). In some reviews on Youtube, at least the french ones, the problem of touch sensitivity was mentionned.
