My 1000xm3's are not turning on

Hello all!

I stopped using my WH-1000XM3's cause of personal reasons about 3 months ago and left them at full for 100%. I turned them on again today, and they do NOT turn on I have tried a hard and soft reset and they do not work. They were fully operational before but they now do not work. The headset did turn on for around 30 seconds when I turned it on for the first time but then shut down after no warning, disconnecting from my phone and rendering it useless. 

The charging DOES work as I have plugged it in and the red light does turn on. But other than that, when turned on, the headphones do not work. 

The headphones do work when plugged into audio cable, but that is without it turned on so idk.

Please help as I wish to use them soon.

It's usually recommended to have the battery at around 40-60% if you're going to leave it unused for a long period for time (this is true for all modern battery-equipped devices).

That said, it seems like an issue with the batteries not retaining their charge, which shouldn't happen after just 3 months as far as I know. try letting them charge for a while then try resetting them before using them and see how that goes.

Hello, 

I have tried recharging overnight, but the headphones DO NOT turn on afterwards. I have heard about how disconnecting the battery can help but that doesn't help either. I have tried soft and hard reset but no luck their either. 

Plz help
