Bougth new headphones from a quality company, or so I thought, one month later the zip breaks on the case.  No force no hard wear.  Only worn them maybe 10 times.  Contact Sony support thinking this will be no problem they will just send me a new case.  It's Sony they are a quality outfit.  Wrong.  Thats not covered they say it's physical damage.  I wouldn't mind if I had forced it or something but I didn't.  This is not the level of support I expected from a expensive brand.

Aw man that sucks! Did you try to raise a complaint or provide them with some pictures? You know they might see that you didn't really do anything, especially since it's quite new.
