The pre-installed PRO/Wireless 220BG Network card in my brand new Vaio A197VP will not connect to my Home wireless network. A bog standard PCICIA WiFi card witll find the same network in seconds. The 220BG pretends it is connected but it will not find the TCP/IP settings and I cannot find out how to force it to do so.
Networks are a bit of a mystery - they are great when they work! BUT!
PS - I cannot find a search facility on this forum, does one exist?
