vaio PCG-9W4M will not start up

Hi, I have a sony vaio PCG-9W4M and it will not power up. I get an orange flashing battery light, but when I press the on button, nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Flashing battery light -> Low power.

Have you tried the AC adaptor and allow it to charge for a few minutes before turning it on?

What model number is it starting with "VGN-"?
