till now has my FE11S 1GB Memory (2x512) RAM.
I would expand this to 2GB.
Is it possible?

What memory should I take, please?

Yes, you can upgrade to 2Gb RAM, but you will need to buy 2 x 1Gb modules as you only have the 2 slots.
