Vaio by plane

Hi, sorry for my english.

Did someone go by plane and pass his vaio through the x-ray ? Could it do something to the hard disk or the memory of the vaio ???

I'm going tomorrow in holidays and a friend ask me that question. I have a doubt now

Could someone help me ???

Hi,

Flown 3 times now with my VP with no problem. Its the same with notbook hardrives should be no problems with aiport scanning.

You'll have no problems with the scanners... Well I didn't and I had to go through about 12 scanners in 1 month...

I have also taken my VAIO abroad and have had no problems with it being scanned

When I last flew they didn't want to scan mine, they have a quick look in the pockets and let me go on my way.

(this was in 2000 though)
