Is it normal TV-out on TV screen lacks some space at bottom (GIGA pocket and DVD) What to do about it?

First check your display settings. Normally TVs cannot display more than 1024*768. Try changing your display setting to that resolution.

More in detail do the following: Display Properties, Settings, Advanced, GeForce, Device Settings. You should - depending on your graphic card, be able to move the shown picture on your TV-display, too.

PAL is 720 x 576 pixels, which is therefore the resolution that the majority of TVs support.
