I have a VGN-NS11M and the hard drive died. I do not have recovery media. I have no problem paying for the media but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
I tried to contact support through the Get in touch section of the Support page but it's been a couple of days now and no answer.
Anyone have suggestions? It seems silly to have to buy a new copy of Vista when I have a perfectly valid key on the bottom of the laptop and all I need is media.

I would try telephoning Vaio Support using the number on the 'Get in Touch' webpage.
It will require a two way conversation to establish that you are the registered owner and to make payment.
