my camera doesn't work, please help me!!!!

I've got this laptop FE41E, my camera worked few days after my bought and then it doesn't work now!!! I try to use it on skype and msn, they do not work both...
If I use only the version 2.2, it also doesn't work!!!
What can I do to resolve this problem, I'm really sad about it!!!

If you have updated the VAIO Camera Capture Utility to Version 2.2.01.04100 HERE and downloaded and installed Microsoft Hotfix KB931812 then you will need to contact Sony Support to find a way forward.
