keyboard problem

i have a vaio vgn fs415m. I can't use combination "shift"+"a" (ex) in order to write "A". i have the same problem with some other key but not with all. how can i fix this probl. tanks

Does this happen everytime with this key combination or does it only sometimes happen?

If it is an on/off thing then i would start by trying to clean out the keyboard with something like a soft paintbrush so as not to damage it.

Which other keys don't work?

Is it still in warrenty?
