keyboard & function key

I have problem with keyboard.

When I push the key L appear the number 3
while if i push the key P appear the character *

I have a Sony Vajo Notebook VGN-S1XP

The same sentence is:

have a S6ny Va16 N6teb662 VGN+S5X*


Please help me. (*3ease he3* 0e)

I don't have a "Num IT", I'm Italian , on the top right corner.

It seems that the key Fn it's qualified permanent.
