Bluetooth and D500

Hi, I just bought a new mobile phone, the Samsung D500.
I can't seem to exchange files with the phone and my notebook, which is a S series with internal bluetooth adaptor.
I'd tried using Blue Space NE, It seems files are able to be send from my pc to the phone but not from my phone to my pc.
Has anybody got some suggestions?

I have just bought a Motorola V3 Razor and am having problems sending files?? The phone sees the laptop and asks for a code but then after that they don't seem to be able to see eachother? I plan to look into this a little deeper at the weekend, but if anyone has some advice I would be very grateful.
