battery running out and time?

my FE41z battery runs out in about 1.5-2h plan on vista is this normal? on vaio max battery. also is there a way to find out remaining time on a battery on vista to see minutes left?

it gives a percentage, and it does NOT help, because on my other laptop it drains 50% in about 30 mins then it takes like 2 hours to drain the remaining 50% lol, so it depends on the health of your battery right? lithion-ion> no charge memory
