battery problem ! please

i bought my sony vaio 3 months ago , its vpcsb series

from then , the battery always showing that it is 80% charged , even if its full ... can someone explain this to me please ? or how to fix the problem ?

Hi vipward89,

You have battery care enabled.

Open Vaio Control Center > Power Management > Battery Charge Functions – here you can disable this function or adjust the settings via the Advanced tab.
