The problem with sony is they have no accountability. If you ring, you speak to an analyst who will do their best as far as my experience goes but if you have no joy, the most you'll get to do is speak to a supervisor. I assume that sony outsource their support like many companies nowadays and this just means there is no flexability any more for us customers. Sad, is'nt it?
Yes it's very sad.
Also you NEVER get to speak to the same person, everything is reported on your account, but they don't know what you did before, and what to do next.
So in theory they can repeat stuff you have already done.
They give up easily too.
