I have registered for upgrade but hear nothing.

Nach meinem Neukauf dieses Sony-Notebooks ließ ich mich für das zugesagte Windows 7 vormerken und erhielt von Sony die Bestätigung für das entsprechende Windows 7-Upgrade-Set. Was läuft nun falsch? Grüße Dr. Hans-Herbert Schulz = Otalp
