AR31S PROBLEM!!!!

Hi does anyone have aproblem using system restore on this laptop?

It aloows me to pick a point restores boots up and then says its failed and not changed anything? Ive tried this loads of times on many different occasions.

If you get an error of any sort try running System Restore in Safe Mode - this should do the trick!

That is useful to know seen as system restore has never worked for me either, I will try it next time

The problem could be caused by Norton..

If Blencogo's solution does not work, have a look at another possible solution here ..
