Hope someone can help - I've recently purchased a new 60" TV with the XT1 Soundstage - as per the instructions I've connected my Sky+ HD box to the Soundstage and from my Soundstage I've connected (via the ARC connection) to my TV - the problem I have is that after watching Sky TV for a period of time (seems to be random) the picture from my Sky box disappears - sound is fine...any ideas ? Only after turning everything off and back on does it come back again......
When connecting my Sky box directly to the TV via another HDMI connection all works fine but the sound quality isn't as good - I've connected all equipment via high-speed HDMI cables.
Would like to avoid using alternative connections as the recommend procedurew should work.
I've applied allformware upgrades etc etc....
