How to turn off video play 'message'

Hi all. 

Bought a SONY Bravia 50W828B to display digital content on a store - promotional movies made by our team. 

My question is: may we turn off the notification that shows on every video start (dark transparent message box and controls on left bottom side)? 

If so, how?

Hi,

Have you tried to set the info banner to hidden in the system settings?

Don't know if it helps but maybe worth a try.
