I bought the 49X8505B to show photographs on the Lightroom App on my iMac 27 incn with retina.

I expected to use Apple TV but the iMac doesn't seem to have the mirror option. Unless you can tell me otherwise ... thanks Roger

I wonder why you sent me a link to see a video about how to connect my Sony Bravia to Internet since my model (KDL-40EX600) cannot be connected to Internet. Maybe you should check the model number before sending emails.

Recently bought (Nov 2015) Sony Bravia 43" 4K TV.  Trying to set up favourites.  Major update for Youview when I switched on, but I did not implement Youview, because I don't want it, and I don't want to lose the other facilities.  Although I can and programs to favourites, I can't select Favourites from the guide (it shows all channels).  How can I select favourites on the guide?

I have been trying to register my sony bravia KDL 42w653a with SEN so I can watch amazon video. But i get the registration code from the tv and the activation link won't accept it.

I have been trying to connect my KDL32W653A to get Amazon video too. Currently tried 7 different codes all deemed incorrect, try again. After two attempts support sent email with instructions which got me pack to the page that I had been using all along. At midday today they said they would sort it out and call back in half an hour, it is 6.30 now and no one has called back. It has all been a painful waste of time. It connects to Netflix etc no problem. All extremely frustrating for something that should be so simple.

Dear All

Does anybody knows why KDL-50W805C wifi is not working properly?

It is connected through wifi just for the first time for a few minutes then it has been gone and no access to the network!!!

Also the same situation happened for screen mirror it was connected for a few minutes then screen has freezed!! and no more mirroring.

It works via LAN connection.

My KDL-40RD453 keeps on displaying cable OK Internet connection failed. I have tested the connection with my laptop (Wifi switced off) and it works perfectly. I have tried updating the firmware. That looks as if it was already up to date. I have seen references to returning to factory settings how is this done. I don't want to have to return my TV.

Could you please send the complete manual of my 4K 43 just bought it from curry's last week, my Son bought it for our Christmas present.

He payed £45 for an engineeer to install and give a demonstration, we are both 70years old.

He installed it turn it on then said it's all in the book.

Welll it's not all in the book Curry's supplied only the remote information we phoned Curry's to say how disgusted we were at the demonstration.

That is why I need the full Manual to read myself.

Can someone help me.  I have a Samsung S7 Edge and am trying to Mirror Link to my Sony TV.  I can pair it up  but all I get is a blank screen.  I can hear the sound but no picture.   Any ideas??? Thanks

as i remember it will be down to your file type but i could be wrong when i cast from windows 7 it wont play all files and the same with w 10 ive started encoding all my files to MP4 and all seems to be jogin along nicely

Can anyone please tell me which code to input into my Sky remote so that it will operate my Bravia KD-55XD9305. It is not listed in the Remote set up list of Sony TVs.

I have recently purchaced my new Sony KDXE7073 and am absolutely delighted with it however, my SKY remote (Sky Q) turns the TV on, it will also change channels but unfortunately it will not alter the volume?? I dont understand how this can be. If anybody can help me with this I would be grateful.

I have just bought a KD-55XE7002 and had it all working very quickly however the Sony SRV-HDT500 Hard Disk recorder refuses to connect via any of the HDMI connections. I have swapped cables to to avail and checked on another Sony TV that is is still working. I am just wondering if there is a compatibility issue with the new TV? Any thoughts?

Not physically but probably via wi-fi but I do not use Apple products so I cannot confirm.

I had trouble connecting to BBC IPlayer, ITV and 4 Catchup to my KD-49XE9005 TV. After advice from John Lewis Technical and Sony Technical the problem was solved eventually by BT assisting me in disconnecting Parent Control and Smart Set Up on my BT Hub 5. A very frustrating 2 days!!

 Hi, I'am unable to complete my installation of my TV. The tv states no signal, everything appears ok with wi-fi. but nothing els, no channels, unable to use the remote to change find any channels.

I have successfully set up my new Bravia 32" WD75 and linked it via optical cable to a Goodman 60W soundbar. The results are excellent and I am delighted with the picture quality. For some reason though Freeview HD channels from 101 onwards have no sound from the soundbar, although all the other channels do. Yo can revert to TV sound but in a slimline set the sound is 'tinny' to say the least.

If I go to MY Sony and select ITV Hub, it does not link in to ITV Hub. Its ok on BBC iplayer.

Am I doing something wrong?
