sony wh-1000xm4 volume to low
HI bought these headphones to go with a Fiio DM13 portable CD player and the sound when I have the cable in is very good for the volume, but when I try Bluetooth I have to put the volume on the CD player up to 99 to get any volume, and It's still too low what can I try to have tried a cheap pair of Motorola headphones and these are OK with good volume coming out of them The headphones are brand new.

I believe it might be a compatibility issue as your other device must support A2DP Bluetooth profile. However, you can try these steps:

- In the Sony | Sound Headphones Connect app; you can adjust the EQ settings to enhance the sound quality and volume.
