Hi folks, need some help please. I have a DSC-HX400V and am using Playmemories 5.2.01.06240 (latest edition). I use wifi to download Sony apps and all works fine until now.
I downloaded Smart Remote Control app (version 4.10) a while ago.
Sony updated the app to 4.20 (April 26.2016).
However when I went to D/L the updated version the camera tells me I already have this app installed and I cannot D/L it.
(FYI I CANNOT download apps via usb cable I always get a #D... error has this ever been fixed??)
1) am i doing something wrong?
2) Have I missed something?
3) Does this mean I cannot D/L updates to any of the free or paid apps I have already downloaded on my camera?
