Got a unit but its network locked, is it possible for the to be unlock?

Hi @Maril, welcome to our forum!

If the phone is locked to a specific service provider (operator), you will need to get in touch with them and receive a code that you can use to unlock the network lock.

Make sure that you do not enter any other code since you only have 5 attempts to unlock this lock on the phone.
