Youview is lost

Hi since upgradin my wifi last week and loss of internet for two days I now find that the itv hub and 4 channels are no longer showing . Any idea how to make them visable again pls?

Went into sony select picked youview and followed the registration steps enter my postcode auto tuning etc and sorted
