So I raised an issue via email, due to a vertical line down the screen of my brand new Sony OLED which hugely impacts viewing on certain programmes and background colours. The reply I get is this is normal?? Is it? Why would I pay my hard earned money for a television that has a distorted picture ??? Complaint incoming and a note to all to be wary!
