My a37 is showing "camera Error" on startup and is completely unusable. It is about 4 years old and is mainly used for video work. I'd like some advice on how to contact Sony to discuss a repair. Given Sony's reputation for good quality, I'm disapointed that this camera has developed such a serious fault - I've owned much cheaper cameras that lasted much longer. I would be grateful for any advice on how to contact Sony about this issue.
