My Xperia 5 does not connect to WF-1000XM3 Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones

My Xperia 5 does not connect to WF-1000XM3 Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones! So i'v try to pair this devices many times and the result is the same all the time,they can't connect ! I enable   the phone  bluetooth and then search new devices and it remains just like this searching and searching and nothing....! please help

I assume your headphones are switched on?

Try a reset of the headphones and open your Bluetooth settings to see what's going on.
