Xperia 10 III - Awful green tint and flickering

Hi, is there any official statement about problems with 10 III screen? Many users report issues and mine also has faults at low brighness - green tint instead of grey (this is default black wallpaper) :

Another example when dark part of the screen looks very bad with greenish gradients (some of them even flickers..) :

If it's a few days I'd bring it back and swap.

it's a bit tricky..I bought it online and to send it back I have to pay shipment and they don't have it anymore so I can't swap it with a new one..The problem is software and the update that fix it is out..I just wonder why I don't have it.. maybe I try with PC companion
