Anyone having issues with 'Official Xperia Partner'?

I ordered the Sony Xperia 1 iii and a xperia 10 using the 'xperia' site (from the where to buy link on sony.co.uk). it stated in stock and delivery within two business days which was a was a week ago.

There is no way of viewing my order or getting an update as the track order is a separate site and just returns a server error!

I have contacted them, they wont acknowledge the error or give an ETA, all I get is that my order is still being processed, even though a week has passed since the money was taken out of my account

I tried calling the phone number in the original email but its silent for 18 seconds then disconnects and the 'contact us' link on their site doesn't lead anywhere it just states page not found

Can you exactly copy and paste the link here.. and can you check what shop did take the money on your account?
