    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does it happen also if you use with a smartphone via Bluetooth or only with the tv? How it is connected with the tv and which tv model you have?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A question about HT s40r sound system,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anybody else have the odd thing of the power going off completely &amp;amp; you have to disconnect the power supply &amp;amp; having.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;More annoyingly its happened 3 times since the warranty expired in January.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it a fault or known fault of the product or is it just me.???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having it since 4 years, never had an issue. It goes in standby if not used, but it recovers automatically if selected again. Connected via hdmi arc first with a Panasonic tv and now a Samsung one&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply, I'm certain that's not whats happening, I know if you leave it untouched for 15 minutes the sound system goes into eco mode or shut off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The power just goes completely , as described me or my son has to unplug it &amp;amp; leave it for numerous minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know somebody replied to my question on a youtibe video&amp;amp; suggested the amp - that's not the cause also as I changed the amp after the 3rd time of the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its destined to be amongst a whole list of oddities I think I have with technology .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd welcome aby further answers or thoughts from anybody though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My son did have a site he used for issues like this that had numerous issues &amp;amp; answers like this - it was based in the USA but it hasn't been updated since 2021 &amp;amp; is now offline.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, the TV is a LG - OLED evo 65" C3 smart, we only have it connected via Bluetooth now as we had some trouble with the setup when we first had them(i got both together, we had the soundbar model that was higher but that failed after a month &amp;amp; this 1 was sent out instead, based upon reviews I went through this seemed the better version anyhow).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It only happens with the TV after its been on for a few minutes or a maybe an hour or so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The sound on the LG is OK but when you have been sued to bass &amp;amp; depth of soundbars - there's no regressing with it really unless I have to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The soundbar is connected via cable &amp;amp; can be used with cable or Bluetooth but the power shutdown mostly happens with the Bluetooth option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The cable connection to the LG &amp;amp; soundbar was another really awkward setup, my son eventually found out that you had to have it connected regardless of wireless or not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the belated reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes my son double checked this &amp;amp; we have got the main connection between all the items(speakers/soundbar) &amp;amp; to the ARC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It took me a long time to solve the issues between the OLED &amp;amp; soundbar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its one of these mysteries that's seems destined never to be answered, we have an odd issue with the LG where it will cut off completely from the Wi-Fi broadband&amp;nbsp; &amp;amp; we've still not found an answer to that also...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My son calls it gremlins in the machines...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;But in the end you succeeded or not? Have you tried a real 5.1 source and felt the difference?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I did not understand which issue you had with WiFi since hdmi and network has nothing to do with one another (bluetooth may interfere) and I have also an lg cx oled that is connected to another soundbar with non issue at all…&lt;/P&gt;</description>
