Big disappointment,

After 3 years...pixels died...even is so called Japan stuff

Really feel worst than corona...no hope

LOT OF MONEY FOR NOTHING...

OK, I am from so called eastern EU ,so can stilll feel safe...

Sorry, I am not crazy,

but...all the time I thought sony perfect...now, unfortunately is not the same...samsung...lg...people is not stupid but expects at least 5 years of tv... leave guarantee 3 years.. you can not realize PIXELS, products for 5 years??? Sorry is only to put IN EVIDENCE THAT I WAS ALL THE TIME LOVE SONY!!! but to pay for 3 yeas lot of money for nothing...?

Commercial TV Panels are not manufactured by Sony and the manufacturers clarify that there are tolerances in production on the possibility of stuck or dead Pixels occurring.

The cost factor is relative because in the specific case of this Series it is in any case in the economic. Then I understand that it bothers me.

Hey cristim13, sorry for you. I cannot add anything else to Marino.Manolo other than try contacting a Sony service centre, although it's not repairable, they might be able to offer a refurbished unit with a reasonable price.
