Is there a link anywhere to a decent calibration for my new sony KDL47W807A with Virgin Media TiVo box?

So many settings and I have no clue where to start!

Hi I can access all the various settings,but is there a "sweet spot" for all target inputs?.im only running samsung bluray home theatre,Virgin TiVo and Xbox 360.i love the default settings but would like to exploit the potential.
