In January I repeatedly tried to get onto the relevant site without success. Eventually I had two e-mails from the organising company saying due to the immense response etc. there would be a delay but I would be contacted as soon as possible. <BR />I left it at that since there was no urgency as far as I was concerned.<BR />Then about 6 weeks ago I looked at the Sony site only to learn that the upgrade offer had closed. I phoned Sony technical support who said they would send my name and address<BR />to the organising company and I would hear from them shortly. NOTHING!!!<BR />What can I do?
